Last November my wife and I visited Key West and called in at the Westin. In the past we have always been very pleased with Westin hotels but not this time. Whilst there my wife had what was supposed to be a hot cooked Turkey and Bacon sandwich from a concession on the property. It was dreadful still partly frozen!... more

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is great (right in the old town in walking distance to everything you need), but the hotel was pretty old. Rooms were very expensive, and the pool was small. It also looked into all the rooms. The location is the only reason to stay here. I would probably not stay here... more

I stayed there for 2 nights May 3 & 4 this past year and had a great time. The room was very small but beautiful, all white with a plantation theme. If you took away the 'Westin' branding, you would never think about staying at this property (let alone paying the rates they charge). We stayed at the Hyatt first, which was a spectacular boutique hotel (the walk in shower at the Hyatt was larger than our entire bathroom at the Westin). My husband, son, daughter-in-law and myself spent four nights at the Westin starting April 1. When we arrived we were greeted by the bellmen that were happy to take our luggage.
