Stayed for three nights and it was great. Mike & Tom, the owners, were very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to go to Chicago and stay downtown. more

I tried to book over the internet and it took ages to respond to my emails and when they did they would not confirm the cost with me. They said I needed to give them my credit card details but never responded on my requests for price. Surprised they get any internet business at all. Seem a little disorganised more

This is not a guest that has stayed with us. They never contacted us directly about booking, but were represented by a travel agent in New Zealand via the internet. He evidently missed many of our e-mail replies, and so unfortunately complains that we are unresponsive.

We stayed at the Flemish House for 4 nights having selected it based on TA reviews. We were not disappointed! What a lovely place. We had the 3rd floor rear apartment which has 2 comfortable double beds. There were 3 large windows that provided a lot of natural light. It was nicely furnished and decorated. On a recent spring break visit, my 16 year old son and I had the opportunity to stay at the Flemish House for five nights. Mike and Tom were the perfect hosts.
