Loved the hotel. Great room and impressive bathroom. No problems with elevators, maybe it was the midweek stay. They do have blackout drapes, you just have to look closely. The room's air conditioning unit was not working properly and it sounded like a 737 on take-off. The room was abnormaly warm. The water in the tub did not drain well.
