Nothing special but central to the ferries. The room that online said it had a waterfront view-did if you crane your neck from the balcony! Much nicer places to stay on the Cape if you don't need to be in Hyannis more

Great place for a family with young kid up to teens. Best price for whatyou get right acrossfrom the Harbor. Clean rooms older stly rooms. The AC was a bit weak and noisey but night time temps even in July and Aug. youcan get away with shuting the AC off. Pool is clean and sevice was fine. Coffe a bit... more

Hotel is right across from ferry landing to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Almost everything is within walking distance. It is an extremely average hotel and depending on what night of the week you stay you might be paying a premium for the location. I had to pay $168 for a Saturday night in July, but there wasn't anything else available.... more

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. The view is the best in Hyannis and the staff are wonderful. This property is located directly across from the Hyannis harbor. We had a great view of the harborr. The staff is very accommodating and very people oriented. Our room was clean and spacious. The only down side was we were not overly impressed with continental breakfast. However, the coffee was great. more
