I, my wife and three daughters stayed two weeknights. We found an amazing rate through Travelocity. Kids loved the pool and arcade. Using the coupons we had two good and reasonable meals. Dinner at Baja Miguels and breakfast at the buffet. this was our second stay and we'll be back again soon. more

Date of stay: June 24-26, 2008 My dad (77) and I stayed at the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa on the recommendation of family members. We were able to get our hotel stay as a buy one get one night free. Also using our MC to pay, we each receive $25 gas cards. The staff was very helpful in... more

Arrived at the South Point Hotel on June 24th. Took a whle for the valet to come over to take our car. To save time I proceeded into the lobby to check in. I had booked two rooms. One room had two doubles and the other a king. Not only did they not give me a king but they gave... more

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and our guests did as well. Ages of our group ranged from 14 - 79 and there was something for everyone. The worst part of the trip was checking-in. They had an average of 3 people at the front counter at any time (I checked in two groups of people at two different times/days).... more

This is the third time I have stayed at South Point, and I would definitely stay there again. Everything was great, from the speed of check-in to the cleanliness of the guest rooms. The food was great, too! more

Stayed at the South Point in early June and since I was by myself, and playing poker most of the day, I really just needed a nice, cheap place to sleep. The South Point was a great choice. The room was wonderful, clean, and seemed brand new. Althought there are many "locals" casinos that have bargain rates, I can't imagine... more

It was our third time at the hotel/casino and we love it there. If your a player, the comps are really good. Because it was my husbands birthday, we stayed in the 1000 sq ft suite on the 25th floor. It was so comfortable, I could have lived in the room. The food is alway's excellent, it doesn't matter which... more

We stayed here for 5 nights in June, we had a rental car and walked the strip and after every hotel we went into we said, "We like our hotel the best." (Side note, we liked it best considering the price, if someone would let us stay at the Wynn or The Venetian for $79 a night, I would take... more

Just returned from a stay at the South Point and I was super impressed. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel was spotless and with the construction nearing completion, no unpleasant noise, just a parade of workmen coming and going very quietly. If you rent a car, this is the perfect place to serve as HQ for a nice Vegas... more

This hotel is still going through "growing pains". It is a great value Las Vegas hotel- we paid $47 a night for a 3 night stay & $55 for a single night's stay by booking directly through the hotel's internet site. We had a large comfortable room each of our visits. The buffet and the cafe were both good value.... more
