The place is beautifull, but overcrowded. The hotel is like a factory. Staff try but it doesn't work. rooms are Ok but not the best. First room we got was occupied, second the key didn't work, the credit they offerd in return never materialized. the food was good, the show (bluemengroup) was excellent. But the Ballacio is really much better,... more

The service is lousy. The hotel is beautiful. First room they put me in had FOOD pieces and big stains on the sofa and VOMIT on the toilet seat. After sitting and waiting for an hour or more, they moved me to another room. This one had a CONDOM wrapper on the floor. So I called and they sent security... more

this was on my to-do-list of hotels I wanted to stay in, and I absolutely loved it. We got upgraded to the venezia tower which has a separate pool area exclusive to tower guests, but the main pool area is better and has the sun on it all day. The rooms were wow! The view over to the Mirage (and... more

The Venetian is just too big to offer its guests the level of service expected from a 5 star hotel. First some good things about the hotel: 1. Rooms are spacious and rather nice. 2. It seems to be a safe place with security by the elevators, 3. It is quick and easy to get in touch with guest services... more

I stayed here for 4 nights in a Venetian Bella Suite starting from 14 June 08. We checked in around 10pm at night and our checkin process was smooth. The room was great although we had to drag our lugguage through the casino for a short distance to reach the elevators. Just din like that we had to pay for... more

I can't believe I am actually writing this review, but since no one at the hotel even cares that I had a poor experience, I figured I would try to save others from this extreme indifference. I am in the industry and I am embarrassed for the Venetian. I stayed in a Rilato suite that cost 330.00 per night and... more

This hotel is a dream come true! Worth the money, well located, amazing scene. The suite is out of this world with all the qualities you are looking for in a 5 stars hotel. The casino area is wonderful. I have no words to describe this beautiful Resort, YOU MUST see for yourself Highly rcomended! more

We had a terrible experience at The Venetian and I would not stay here again and implore others not to as well. Firstly, we booked a few months in advance (which is usually cheaper) only to notice that a few weeks before we left the price for the same room had been cut in half. I called the hotel and... more

We have stayed at the Venetian numerous times and would not stay anywhere else...PERIOD! This property is outstanding and we have always been treated like royalty here. Makes me wonder what is up with the two previous reviews.... Sounds like someone who spent/gambled and lost too much money and wants to blame it on the hotel. I'm definitely not buying... more

My wife and I just stayed at the Venetian for a 2 night stay. It was even better than expected. Many of the reviews had me thinking about changing my reservations. I am very glad I did not. Check in was busy, but well organized and took about 20 minutes. The elevators were a short walk and never a long... more
