The Parker Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the house and rooms are wonderful, and the breakfast and happy hour are a great way to meet other fellow travelers. Winter in SF is usually wet and cold. This year was no exception. However, the Parker made my trip worthwhile and enjoyable. Facility is first-rate. Staff is welcoming and willing to accomodate. Neighborhood has plenty of good restaurants and access to public transportation. One caveat, don't book a room facing the street, there is a tram line right in front! more
