My husband and I stayed there one night in June. The hotel (well... I think they could call it motel) looked very dated. The room wasn't very clean (spiderwebs all behind the fridge and bed etc), the carpet was dirty. However the bathroom was very spaces with an excellent power-shower (looked new as well). The price included breakfast too :-)... more

Booked this hotel via air miles since we wanted a place to stay downtown and didn't want to pay big $$ (the rate posted on Best Western was $379 so I figured it must be a nice hotel). Although the room was "ok...", bathroom was dated and no A/C plus I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids... more

We stayed here because it was on two blocks from a club we were going to. Considering accomodations in SF tend to be quite expensive this motel was a reasonable option. Location: we walked to restaurants and clubs (about two blocks) Civic Center (about three blocks), Union Square (about six blocks) and China Town (about nine blocks). Fairly safe neighborhood... more

This is one of the best managed hotels that I have stayed in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were very clean. The front desk staff is very good under the management of Tammy. All the employee's were professional. Their rates vary by time of year and events nearby. I have stayed at the motel many... more

This hotel is not worthy of Best Western standards, and I am surprised that it is endorsed by Best Western....upon arrival and check-in we discovered that the parking area is VERY cramped and the rooms are not air-conditioned. Because of the seedy area of town this hotel is located, you can not even open the locked windows to get some... more

Very reasonable hotel for the price. Not located in the centre of the city but easy access via bus stop next door. Helpful staff, computer for free internet and good basic breakfast. Not many hotels in the city area offer parking on site for free as here. more

The room was clean and nice, although the pillows where a little hard, so make sure to bring your own. The breakfast was good, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. more

was surprised how rundown the area was, certainly we didnt see the loft conversions of the area..SoMa (south of market st ) is still full of loitering men & not too pleasant a walk into the centre of San Francisco, but it was easy to find from the airport by car & we had a lovely meal at the Triptych... more

Stayed here for the first time in mid-April. Arrived around 11am, in route to Giant's baseball game and checked in but was not assigned a room at that time. Was allowed to park with no problem. Front desk was always helpful and pleasant. Free parking is very tight, and as my truck is large, I opted for the back lot.... more

Stayed here during February with wonderfully temperatures in the 70's. This hotel has no air conditioning, but did have a ceiling fan which was useful since it was stuffy at night without the windows open. The free parking was a definite bonus here, as many other hotels charge ridiculous parking fees. We did not use the car during our stay... more
