The only place to stay in San Francisco. They say the Queen room is only for business travellers but we thought it was as good as the King. Go for a bay view rooms and you won't be disappointed, it really is worth it! more

Located in the CBD with fabulous views of the city. We stayed in a bridge to bridge view room on the 44th room. A luxury room with a big bathroom. Couldn't have asked for anymore! The staff were helpful and polite. Great place to stay! more

Originally had a reservation for a Bay King room through the American Express Fine Hotel and Resort program (which would have been upgraded to the Bridge to Bridge room), but found the Seasonal Rate offered directly by the hotel for the Bridge to Bridge room was better, so cancelled AMX and booked directly with the hotel.
