The Hyatt Regency Boston is located in a really sleepy and quiet surrounding area- the only exception being Chinatown. It is a 22 floor building that is grey and red on the outside- not beige like one would expect when looking at the website photo. good location near Boston Common, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown. walkable to many areas. area seems a lot cleaner from a few years ago. staff very friendly, helpful. room clean, comfortable. not particularly memorable in any way. but no problems. found a weekend special so rate was very affordable. more

Staff were nice enough, rooms were normal, but nothing special. European feel to the hotel. Very strange hotel. Seemed that no other guests were there until 2:30am when were were awoken by our neighbors "bedroom" activities. Common areas were empty.
