The Location is Amazing but that's pretty much it. We arrrived at 3:15 pm and told the room wasn't quite ready but guaranteed by 4pm. What a fabulous hotel!! Close enough to walk to Sea World, even tho they do provide free shuttle service. 2 GREAT pools. Rooms were nice sized with fridge and microwave. We stayed in one of the older buildings in the hotel in a ground floor room with patio near the tropical pool.
