The friendliest staff I have ever met in a hotel. Welcoming, smiling, check in was a breeze, the room (suite) was excellent. Breakfast at the Regency is a great experience (make a reservation or you won't get in). A helpful concierge gave us lots of things to do. We had a room with a king sized bed on the third floor. the view was of an elementary school next door. the room was on the small side for a hotel of this level, but had all of the amenitites.
