Whilst on business in Philly with a colleague, we booked into a Club floor room at the Sheraton for one night. The room itself was reasonably well appointed and spacious, and the bed very comfortable (although surely about time there was a widescreen LCD TV??). The bathroom was dirty, the toilet, shower curtain floor and sink. The room looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. I only paid $45 and was only there one night and actually aside from sleeping, only in the room for a couple hours. Can't imagine if I had paid full price or was staying longer. more

When we checked in the woman at the front desk could barely announciate her words to be heard clearly. It was as though she was being bothered by us checking in. This Sheraton is adequate but nothing special. The Good: - Nice size room - Comfortable bed - Great location - Wonderful view - Many hotel amenities including a nicely maintained gym with a raquet-ball court. We were in town for a convention and when we are within driving distance, we take our dog. The Sheraton had it all-its a great location, walking distance to the convention center, the market, and all of the museums, and the rooms are beautiful, as is the hotel, itself. The staff is friendly and eager to please, especially the concierge.... more
