The Penn's View Hotel is located conveniently to Philadelphia's historic district. The Visitor's Center is a mile or less from this hotel as are most of the historic sights that tourists want to see. If you don't need to rent a car, don't. Parking at hotels is very, very expensive. We are lucky and still healthy enough to walk everywhere.... more
