Just returned from a conference in Philly and stayed at the HI express. Room was clean (bed, bathroom all well maintained). People were friendly, location is EXCELLENT. There is lots to do and everything is within walking distance. Defininately enjoyed time in Philadelphia and would consider staying at this hotel again. more
