Unfortunately we justed stayed 5 days in the Dresser & Palmer House but within these 5 days we have been treated so royally that it made my visit to the USA a better one. The service was very obliging, the breakfast excellent and the rooms luxuriously fitted. We'll come back! more

Our experience, shared by the members of our family who attended, is beyond words. First, we booked our wedding, planning to elope, before deciding to invite some family along. Everyone in our party was able to get accomadations without a problem. Once we were there, we were all blown away by the hospitality of the staff. They were able to,... more

We stayed only one night, but were really impressed and wish we had more time! We really hope to go back for a longer stay. Breakfast was delicious and the wine and cheese at the end of the day was a really nice touch! Great place, great décor, great staff, great location and we highly recommend it! more

If you are looking for a romantic southern setting in which to get married, my husband and I highly recommend the Dresser Palmer House. We were married at sunset in their gorgeous courtyard with flowers and foliage in full bloom. Ron, the Innkeeper, organized the entire event from the champagne toast to the wedding cake to the flowers to welcoming... more

Dresser Palmer has the most amazing porches! Largest porch in Savannah (drive around, you'll see it's true). Rob and David are the best hosts and will give you excellent recommendations for restaurants (and secure reservations for you) and may even sit down with you and shut down the evening wine social down! The breakfast was great. We had cappuccino chip... more

My fiancee and I thought Savannah would be the perfect romanic spot to get married. The Dresser Palmer House was recommended to us and it couldn't have been more appropriate and wonderful. The location, one block from Forsythe Park, was perfect! It kept us away from the noise and pedestrian traffic of River Street, and gave us the opportunity to... more

What a wonderful way to spend a long weekend! It can be difficult to plan a girls' weekend because most B&B's cater to couples. The Dresser Palmer House is definitely a romantic inn, but it's also wonderful for a quiet, non-romantic weekend among friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and big fluffy towels. The staff is WONDERFUL!... more

What a great B & B, it is a beautiful Inn and very friendly. The breakfast was great, we had such a nice time visiting with the others staying at the Inn. They had ample parking, a really nice social hour and a perfect spot if you are looking for two beds in one room. A nice value for Savannah.... more

We stayed for 3 days/2 nights last week. Everything was exceptional starting with the reservation over the phone. We were welcomed warmly and given great info and walking map of Savannah. The location is on the south side of the historic district, one block from Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere, never needed our car, so we left it in the... more

My wife and I spent a few days leisurely wandering the streets of Savannah and enjoyed the quiet, calming environment of the bed and breakfast. We couldn't have asked for anything better than to wake up to a wonderful breakfast, obtain good tips for sight seeing, and the attentive nature of the staff. Don't forget to have a slice of... more
