I had the unfortunate experience of spending one night in this "hotel". My room was filthy - the sheets had stains on them and were filthy, the towels were filthy and ahd obviously been used, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, the A/C was noisy and had a clogged filter - and when I called down to the desk,... more

Our worst hotel experience ever. Delta airlines should know better than to recommend this dump. Staff surly and the lobby depressing. Our first room was filthy: dirt all over the floor, chairs and table mysteriously placed right up against the bed , and the pillowcases wrinkled and apparently unwashed. Traffic was roaring past our window on the Interstate outside the... more

I was stranded in Atlanta during an ice storm and the airline recommended this hotel. It was terrrible, the staff was rude and could not be bother to answer any questions or provide information. It was 30 outside and when I went to the front desk to advise my room had no heat they just shrugged and there were no... more

Staff - Great staff. They were friendly and helpful. Property - Bring out the wrecking ball!!! Room - Terrible. The carpet was dirty, stained and smelled. We made our kids wear their socks/shoes when walking around the room. The bathroom is very small. Overall - Do not stay at this hotel. We only stayed one night. more

I will never trust AAA rating again on a hotel. We got stuck in ALT and wanted to stay close to the airport. AAA gave this a hotel 3 diamonds so I thought it would at least be clean. The lobby looked nice but the rooms were terrible. The carpet was dirty, the room had a stale, mold smell. The... more

Hated It! This was the host hotel for our family reunion. We had a block of rooms and still paid way too much. This is a dump. Filthy rooms. Nasty bedding. Mold in the baths & on ceilings. HUGE cock roaches (waterbugs) the size of a serving spoon. The pool was scary looking and dirty. The so-called breakfast was stale... more

After a long delay in one of my stop overs, me and my family lost our last connection and had to sleep in Atlanta. The airline sent us to this hotel. It was one of the worst experiences of my life! The service at the front desk was very slow. We couldn't get anything to eat at 11 pm and... more

Due to a missed connection in Atlanta, Delta booked me into this hotel. Since the flight delay was due to bad weather, I had to pay the "discount" rate of $56, which is way too much for this place. I would have been more comfortable and slept better in the airport. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, etc.... more

Stayed here one night on Delta vouchers. Airport shuttle runs twice per hour. Check in reps worked fast to accommodate the flux of stranded passangers close to midnight. Room had two double beds, decent size, but smelled of smoke. Looked clean enough. Beds smaller and mattress old and uncomfortable. Bathroom looked older. Sink and bathtub clogged. Breakfast was basic but... more

This place is a pit! I had to stay here after Delta flights were thrown off by weather delays. The shuttle should have been the first clue…no interior lighting, seats falling apart. Upon arrival (around midnight), it looked ok from the outside. The clerk was very patient in the face of 30 or so weary travelers. Lobby was minimal. Got... more
