The staff did everything I could have asked for, We wanted a non-smoking room, and at check-in, the man put us on the 7th floor of the smaller building (facing the pool)- the whole floor was non-smoking. It was very clean and fit our needs well for 8 nights. Almost everyday, there were activities in the lobby such as making... more

My just husband stayed at the PK for a business trip for 2 weeks. I came out to join him for the last week of his trip. I had 3 days to explore by myself because he was at work. I loved the hotel, we were on the 26th floor facing Diamond Head. Our view was spectacular. I had plenty... more

We didn't want to spend too much on a hotel room because we were only there for 1.5 days (2 nights). The hotel "upgraded" us to a partial ocean view room. The Westin across the street completely blocked any chance of our view of the ocean. There was a lot of outside noise (band playing in the courtyard of the... more

We stayed here for our first 2 nights in Hawaii after a long flight from New York. The tower is a great location - not on the beach, but if you're only here for a short stay, you probably won't spend too much time on crowded Waikiki Beach anyway. And if the beach is your thing, it's only a block... more

The location of the Sheraton was the reason we chose to stay here. I have never stayed in a room that was so loud in my life. Our room was in the newer tower that faced the International Market. Not only could we hear loud music until late into the night, it sounded like we were in the middle of... more

The four of us stayed at this Hotel for seven days. The Hotel is upscale, clean and in a great location.. The desk cleak was very kind and helpful. The room was a good size for the four of us, we also enjoyed the pool and spa. The maid service was respectful and charming. We had the best stay. more

We had a corporate rate which was $109/night for a double-occupancy non-smoking room facing the pool (room 710). This building is the shorter tower which runs parallel to the ocean. We stayed there for six nights and found the room to be clean and comfortable, but, as many mentioned, there are some issues which may make me decide to stay... more

We were here for 4 nights. Had orginally contacted hotel to ask questions and ended up joining their Starwood Program. Got the room for a decent rate. We upgraded to an Ocean View room. Let me tell you, the view was incredible!!! We were on the top floor, 29, and view was of Waikiki Beach and north and also some... more

We picked the PK as part of our vacation package and the price was reasonable. We stayed in the north tower and could see the Royal Hawaiian hotel from our lanai and a bit of an ocean view. The room was very basic - two queen beds, one chair and a desk with the TV. We were a bit crowded... more

A friend and I stayed at the PK on our first trip to Oahu in Feb 2008. We were originally booked for a city view room but arrived late on our check-in date and were bumped up to an ocean view room. The view from the balcony on one of the highest floors made this a much better hotel experience!... more
