We spent a week of our honeymoon at this hotel and there were good things and bad things! Room: The room was fantastic! We had an high ocean view room with a king bed. It was on the 19th floor and had a fantastic view of the ocean! Room service and maid service were both great! Pool: The pool was... more

We stayed on the 8th floor, Princess Tower. Comparing to the newer building, the room is bigger but the lanai is smaller. It works better for us since we have two kids. If you want a view, definitely ask for 8th floor or above. I'd suggest room x36 or x38 to look out to Waikiki from your room. Although the... more

We just returned from the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani 2 days ago. The room we stayed in was a partial ocean view room. The room was a nice size, 2 full size beds and all the amenities. The local newspaper and Wall Street Journal was delivered daily at our door for our reading pleasure. It is basically a very good family... more

The hotel is situated perfectly across the street from Waikiki right on the main road, Kalakua. Although it is right off the main drag, you cannot hear the street noise. Live entertainment every night is great. You can relax by the pool, the bar, or in the restuarant and listen to the music and watch the hula dancing. Everything is... more

The hotel is bad! Do not let the pictures on the website fool you. The view from the "rich peoples" tower is nice, but if you are staying in the main part of the hotel the rooms are ok size, the bathrooms are disgusting, the lobby is classy, but is all mainly outdoors, the pool is good, the elevator is... more

We were in the princess block - nice room if a little tired but we liked where it was 4th floor. Excellent location for all Waikikis attractions. Very small swimming pool and we could see from our balcony it was not always very clean but you are 2 minutes from the sea so its not important. Very busy hotel but... more

This hotel was decent. It does have a great location for the price. The openess of the hotel lobby area was very nice, and the pool and bar area seemed rather secluded despite being on a main road. The property is definitely "old" looking and in need of some updating, but it was still quaint. The rooms on the courtyard... more

I was staying for one night at this property in their "deluxe ocean view room" on 8F. When I walked into the property, I was pretty much "shocked" how ancient this property is. Its just like one of the hotel from 80s. Everything looks very "tired". From front desk, corridors, rooms, bathrooms... oh mine~ its a very old fashion hotel.... more

We just returned from a wonderful week long vacation in Honolulu and Waikiki beach. We stayed 7 nights at the Princess and had a great experience. All of the desk staff, concierge, bell men, and even tour representatives were friendly and helpful. The room we had was a partial ocean view and was comfortable and convenient. Great restaurants, shopping, and... more

We just returned from staying at this wonderful hotel. We were there for 4 nights. The Hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could do your laundry on site. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the nightly show that was put on at poolside. By11:30 every night the music... more
