“A good hotel for business travelers.”

We spent two nights in this hotel this May during a family vacation in the Dominican Republic. On the plus side, this is a brand new hotel, with a nice lobby, pool and restaurant. The Courtyard marriott in Santiago is located on Autopista Duarte, the major highway in DR that passes through Santiago. The hotel is far from downtown Santiago, although they have taxis right at the hotel, and taxis to pick you up if you go somewhere. The good part about this hotel is it's only a mile or so from the airport.... more
