During a recent visit to NYC, my hubby and I had dinner at Nino Tuscany before a show. We had made advance reservations (it was my birthday) and we were greeted by a welcoming hostess and shown to a wonderful table. Our visit to Nino's Tuscany was occasioned by a chance to the legendary Irving Fields play, and the fact that we have enjoyed other Nino's restaurants in the past. Fields was as we remebered him, but this restaurant is clearly not the same as the other Nino's -- certainly not like the one on 47th Street. The food is good... more

just got back from new york city and we ate 3 out of 8 nights at nino's.....had excellent service and delicious food. especially, the osso bucco..grouper, vitello piccato.....all was very very good. i recommend this restaurant to anyone that is staying the nearby area.....you can count on it! We (wife and daughter) arrived in NYC on a rainy Saturday -- the rest. was around the corner from the Helmsley hotel; so we wanted something close. Food was terrific; Osso Buco, wonderful; needed more risotto, no problem; sea bass, terrific and served properly at the table; service was attentive and very responsive.
