I have been watching Bobk's weather updates with great interest - and the week before I go to DR he goes away! hahaha! So if anyone is there this week/just got back updates would be greatly appreciated....I go Monday!!

Hi, I just got back, the weather was awesome, I was there 5 days it rained one evening for a few hours, but other than that it was sunny with a nice constant breeze

I will be back the beginning of Aug. However they did have some good rains yesterday. Today by the maps looks better.

Hi

Just got back from ICD Puerto Plata. Weather was excellent. Rained Friday around 5pm for a couple of hours. Otherwise clear blue skies with welcome breeze on beach. Don't pay any attention to weather reports on Internet, all gloomy and the storms that were forecast for everyday didn't materalise. Take plenty of sun screen, you're going to need it!
