I would stay here again. The office people were polite and they had a great attitude

We stayed here for 5 nights. There was plenty of space for my family, in the two room suite. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were soft but they were square. Not bad just different. They have the best breakfeast and plenty of it for everyone in the hotel. They had a computer in the office they let us use to check our online business. The pool and hot tub were open until 11:pm. We spent our evenings there. They had a washing facility so we didnt have to bring home dirty laundry. Like I said before I will stay here again.

Traveler's tip on dining

We love Mexican food. If you pull out of the hotel and turn left, go until you hit Ketella, turn left again and drive west on Ketella until you see Food for less on your left hand side. Next to Food for less they have a little Mexican place right behind Taco bell. On Fridays they are grilling the meat outside try the tacos he is selling they are small but soooo good. Also the hotel is close to any other food you would need.

Affordable and good

For the price, this is a good place to stay and its close to Disneyland (5 min drive, walking may take more than 30 mins).Close to restaurants and a target store nearby. I’m not a big fan of the Continental breakfast but i noticed a lot of people were using it. Wireless internet service was good. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. At the time of our stay both the pool and jacuzzi were "broke" and that would have been nice to know before hand or even at check-in, since it was an unreasonably hot week and we knew we would be walking a lot and a nice relaxing jacuzzi would have been good. Other than that it was a great stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks Expedia, once again.

Better value elsewhere

I was impressed by the front desk when we arrived, the man was exteremly helpful. The map of nearby resturants and shopping centers was great. The room was very accomodating for our needs, Kids Suite with one bath (room 113). However, the bathroom had mold above the shower and looked like the maintanance tried to just cover it with the wallpaper, but the wallpaper was falling back, the door frame in the bathroom was also in need of repair, there was a hole in the kids bedroom and it was not properly repaired. My mom stayed in a different suite (room 108) and had no problems. The room was in good repair and everything worked just fine. When we went to the front desk the following day, the young lady was unable to help us with directions, she could not tell us which way to head when looking for a street (outside their provided map)and she was unable to inform us about the shuttle to the Disneyland parks.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

There is a shuttle, it is $3/adult $1/child depending on the size of group this might be a better deal. It drops you off in front of the Disneyland parks. The Mickey and Friends parking is $12 and a ways away from the parks, you have to take a 3 minute tram ride to get to the front of the parks.

Definately would stay here again but BRING SLIPPERS!!!

Short and to the point! A very nice hotel for the price. Service was fast and friendly. Amenities were sufficient. Room was well designed and updated (great separate kids room). Location is great. BUT.... as the review title stated... BRING SLIPPERS! 2 minutes after we arrived and my son took his shoes off it was apparent that the floors had not been cleaned. EVER!!! The few times I forgot to put my slippers on it only took a walk to he bathroom to blacken my feet. I would not let this stop us from staying there again but I will definitely never go with out footwear.

Fridge and microwave in room. Stock the fridge with your own drinks. Bring a backpack to carry snacks and drinks to Disneyland and save a lot of money. Don’t rely on the Cont Breakfast for the adults. Only had cereal and waffles.

Good location

This hotel was in a good location - 5-10 minutes from Disneyland and about 25-30 minutes from some great beaches. There were also a handful of restaurants within close proximity. The hotel exterior was dirty. The room was relatively clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great hotel

Great hotel will absolutely go back and recommend to others. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options. Was too far to walk to disney but a shuttle is cheap and better than fighting the parking lots.

Good Disneyland Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I was a little deceived by the distance to Disneyland. It is about 4 very long blocks. We drove and paid for parking. They don’t offer a shuttle, except you can pay for the city bus. The hotel was nice and breakfast was nice and easy to grab on the way out.

Good for the price.

This is within 5-6 blocks of the main gate and close to the Anaheim Convention Center. I got a great rate! Not sure if it was a special. The room was motel type but very clean. Everything worked, beds were new, and it had a mini-fridge. Plenty of restaurants within a block or two. Wireless internet and HBO. Continental breakfast every morning was nice. Juices, cereal, muffins, etc... I would stay again, especially if going to Disney.

Traveler's tip for business travelers

I stayed for business. I had sales calls from Calabassas to Solano Beach and it is south-central LA area so it was central for me. Within a mile of I-5 and much less $ that the beach hotels or the downtown hotels. (Ruths Chris just down the street!)

Very Happy

I was a little worried to stay there because a friend said she was not happy with the room and left after two days.My family was very happy with the room. My girls loved the bunk beds and I thought the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were the best I have ever used. I have never slept so good in a hotel before. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner is to loud.

I’d get a bus pass. It’s to far to walk.

Best Value in Town

I recently took my 3 kids and 2 out-of-state friends to Disneyland. We live about 2 hours away from D-land, so I decided to get a hotel the night before to maximize our visit. We needed a family suite as there was 6 of us! This was the best price in town for a "Kids Suite". It was perfect. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accomodating. Not to mention they serve a continental breakfast in the morning. What a deal!

Traveler's tip on local attractions

I had hoped this hotel would be close enough to walk to Disneyland, but it’s a little to far for that at the end of an exhausting day at the park. The hotel parking is free and they have a shuttle that will take you back and forth between hotel and park. It’s $3 for adults and $1 for kids for the whole day. We just parked at the D-land parking though as it was less expensive for us than the shuttle. ($12/day)

NIce place to stay on a budget

A little to far to walk to Disneyland, but a cheap and convenient bus that picks up every 20 min right next door. Nice breakfast compared to many other continental breakfasts

Very nice hotel for the money

Overall a very nice hotel. We got the suite, which I highly recommend if you have kids. I wish more hotels had this feature. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything looked new and well maintained. Breakfast was good too. The waffle maker was a big hit. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

The hotel in general was great from the continental breakfast to the friendly staff. The room was very spacious and the bunk beds were a nice touch. Not to far from disneyland (but you will probably want to drive). My only complaint was the young children running around the hotel making all kinds of noise. Parents please keep your children on a leash, don’t let them run wild.

Traveler's tip on dining

Go to the restaurants that offer 10% for staying at this hotel. Captain Kidd’s has a cheap buffet

Good value

Good value for the price. The 2nd room w/ bunks worked out great. Bathroom was small, wish we would have gotten two bathrooms! Bathroom and vanitcould use a face lift(shower did not drain well either). Breakfast room very small for the amount of guests. The pool was open till 11:00pm, worked out wonderful for the kids!

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Good place to stay if your visiting Disneyland, we were visiting Univeral Studios, and it’s 35 miles South...with the traffic took about an hour to travel

Lots of room!

The bunk bed and 2 queens provided plenty of room for our family of 5. No complaints from the teenagers about privacy or space. Took a taxi to Disneyland for 10$ each way.

Hotel was average..

My family and I stayed here for 3 days.. I was very impressed with the size of our room with the extra room with bunk beds.. Liked the fact that they had free WiFi . There was three things I was not excited about....The carpet in our room was very dirty.. My children’s feet and hands were black!! We had to wear socks and sandles. The breakfast was just okee..Beds were old and to soft. We had back problems when sleeping on them.. Hotel is really close to Disneyland ..

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Hotel is close to Disneyland, hotel’s rooms is great for large families. Maybe request to have room’s carpet steamed cleaned before checking in...I will probably look for another hotel next time.

Not bad for the price

This hotel was good for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly. It was within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. The continental breakfast was good, we saved a lot $ having a free breakfast. The parking was good. The only complaint would be the shower head in our room was very low. I am 6ft and had quite a time getting my upper half wet.
