I would go back.

With the advice of another reviewer, I requested and stayed in a 2nd floor room away from the freeway to avoid the noise of footsteps and traffic. It helped but then there’s the somewhat loud airconditioner. Good thing it’s not too hot in September and therefore is quite comfortable to sleep without the A/C. The room was clean and everything (TV, microwave, iron, icebox, safe) worked fine. Not sure if the wifi was free or not. A couple of times I logged in with the provided User Name and Password and then it listed the Rate Plans. But one night I got online with free access. I didn’t really need wifi so didnt spend much time trying to figure it out. The continental breakfast was good, especially making your own waffles. Well stocked with muffins, breads, coffee, juice, oranges, different cereals, and only one morning did we find yogurt. Walking distance I mapped out as .8 miles to Disneyland and it took us adults about 10 minutes, sometimes less, to walk to the frontgate. Unlike like other reviewers, I thought there was plenty of parking but then again maybe it was because I was there in September instead of the peak summer time. The customer service was great from people at the front desk to the always smiling and helpful dining area help. Even the maids were friendly when asking for extra towels. In summary I am recommending this Inn and would definitely go back. -

I really enjoyed eating at Captain Kidd’s directly across the park. Decent buffet at $8.99/person. Especially enjoyed the crispy skin fried chicken. Also served bbq pork ribs one day which I enjoyed.

While the room was small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. If you’re going to spend all day in the room, you’ll want to go someplace else but if you’re going to spend the majority of your time at Disneyland and come back to go to sleep, I think you’ll be pleased. The beds were soft and the A/C worked very well. The hotel is close to the park; you can walk to it in about five minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be close to Disneyland and still have a few bucks left over to spend on overpriced food and trinkets in the park! The continental breakfast was a bit meager but what I expected for the price. If you are looking for a better breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants within an easy walk.

Worked for us!

I am not very fussy anyway, but the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and very close to Disney. My daughter and I stayed there and felt very comfortable walking around at night back tot he hotel from Disney. Employees were all very friendly and we had no complaints.

Overall i was satisfied with my stay just really unsatisfied with the breakfast. I was told i could get breakfast between 7 and 9 am and so i was there i say around 8:30 and had to stand in a long line just to make waffels. After about 10 - 15 min i finally got to find a seat inside before i could even get a cup of juice because the cleaning people took everything out of the dispensers without having any courtsey and asking if i would like a cup before they put everything away. i could not even get a cup of water. only thing left was milk inconveient for me im lactose intolerant. that was very rude of them. there was even people behind me still getting their waffels. they could have left out at least a few cups of juice for they others and myself.

Good Value Close to Disneyland

This hotel was a great for the price. It was within walking distance of Disneyland, the rooms were clean , and breakfast was provided. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint I would say I had was it was close to the freeway so there was a little extra noise, it did not bother us, but some may find it bothersome.

Good Hotel, Good Experience

No complaints. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Good short distance to Disneyland. It provided the lodging we were looking for.

more than expected

We were only here one night because we had to get up early the next day for a 5K run. Wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very comfortable and the room and hotel had all the amenities we would have needed to make us feel at home during an extended stay.

Great for the price, good location

This is no 5 star, but it’s a great place to stay for going to Disneyland. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the crosswalk for the Disneyland entrance. The tub was not perfectly clean, but I think it was permanent discoloration in the porcelain versus dirt/grime. The breakfast was fine if you like simple carbs for breakfast, and you better be there before 9:30, because they lock the doors and take the food away right at 9:30.

Clean, good breakfast, and my daughter and I watched the Disney fireworks show from bench just outside the Hotel Lobby! The kids loved the pool too.

Not Impressed

The swamp cooler face plate was broken. They turned off the water for 7 hours while we were there. It was a mess. I would have preferred to spend a little more money and stay somewhere more accommodating. Also, there were loud fireworks at 10:30 at night.

Nothing Fancy but a Pleasant Stay

For us it was perfect. We just wanted to go to Disneyland for one day. We got there but still had time to walk (about a 15 minutes) to Downtown Disney. Had a pleasant nights rest and then walked to Disneyland for the day. Continental breakfast was good. I read somebody elses’ review which said the wait for the waffle maker was long, so I was a little worried, but I did not have long.

If you like to walk, park your car and leave it. Everything is close.

Very Noisy

The door opens to a outdoor walkway and does not seal. The humidity in the room was unbearable and felt like a sauna even with a/c. The size of the room is so small the door to the bathroom hides the sink. The safe did not function and the noise all around was the worst. Every sound could be heard from outside and it’s so close to Interstate 5. Breakfast is packed unless you get there at 6:30 am. The icing on the cake was when my wife asked for a plastic fork after breakfast and the manager wouldn’t bother to get one for her. The only decent thing I can say is the maid service was done everyday. Not a bad walk to Disneyland if you don’t have kids.

If you get to breakfast at the hotel early when they open, you won’t have to fight the crowds. If you’re willing to put up with the rest of the motel.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel is just about 10-min walk to Disneyland. The staff is very friendly.

Great for the price and location

THis hotel is just a couple of blocks from Disneyland. Rooms are small, but for the price it was really nice for a one night stay. Did not get a chance to use the pool, but the continental breakfast was pretty good with a variety of choices to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for weekend travelers like myself.

On your Own

The quality of cleanliness of the hotel and room was good but the refriderator was broken. It took maintainance 2 hours to replace it. The front desk help was not very helpful when asked how to get to attractions other than Disneyland, i.e., by city bus (because the hotel did not have shuttles). As a result our family had to learn the hard way and it cost us much more time and money learning on our own.

Great Location

For a two star motel this was a very comfortable place. It was very close to Disneyland which is why we stayed there. beds very comfortable. nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Pool clean. Good variety for breakfast. had some trouble with our TV and maintenance was there right away and fixed it.

To get away from the park for a movie or diner and shopping, try Garden Walk on Katella.

Very convenient

The room was tiny, but at least the bathroom had a ceiling vent and fan, something I’ve found not all budget hotels have. Also the air conditioning worked great. It was a five - 10 minute walk from Disneyland. All in all, a good value for the low price of the room.

Just a few doors further south on Harbor as you walk past the Disneyland entrance, is a Tony Roma’s for ribs. I love Tony Roma’s, but all the outlets in Oregon closed, so went back and had a great meal.

Cute Hotel but...

This hotel was cute, however the room was extremely small and had a terrible smell that we couldn’t get rid of. The walk to disneyland was about 15 minutes or more if you have small children. I suggest if your going to Disneyland and you have children - you should either drive or stay at a hotel closer to disneyland. For the price, it wasn;t a bad hotel, the room was really small for two people!
