I booked my reservation for this hotel based on the reviews on this Web site and hit a homerun.
My room was very spacious on the 38th floor with an incredible view of the Tokyo skyline. The room had a very comfortable king size bed, couch area along the windows, a beauty table area for the ladies, and nice work space with high-speed internet connection. The bathroom was also very spacious and had the best water pressure and hot water I've seen in any hotel.
There is a great selection of restaurants within the hotel. I ate the breakfast buffet most mornings and the food was incredible - whether your taste is for American or Japanese food. There is also a great bakery on a street behind the hotel.
The hotel is near a couple of subway stops so the entire city is at your fingertips. I also found it to be pretty centrally located to all of the main sites. The Akasaka area is also great to walk around day or night.
Perhaps the best part of my stay here was the service. Everyone was overly polite at this hotel and went out of their way to help you. Everyone I came in contact with was very fluent in English and loved the young ladies that were so prompt and kind with tending to your bags or helping with directions, etc.
If I were to go to Tokyo in the future, this is the only hotel I'd consider booking. Can't say how impressed I was with the service, quality and location!
