We stayed at Casa Isabel during construction. Dave, Isabel,Tony, Martillo and the rest of the staff went out of their way to accommodate us.We were booked into the Crystal Suite away from construction and was certainly not a issue for us.Never the less they handed us the keys for another beautiful suite in addition to the Crystal if we needed to get away from the noise.On top of that they took us to the Beach House(wonderful)a great day tour with Tony and Martillo and another day on their boat.We have traveled many places and never had hospitality to this degree.They made you feel like family.Tony, the manager arranged anything you needed and Martillo made the best margaritas we will never forget!
The view and suite were fabulous,wonderful location to great restaurants and shopping. Romantic zone is very safe,friendly and away from the busy hotel zone.We will return to enjoy the wonderful new addition. Thanks again Casa Isabel

Casa Isabel, was everything the pictures, the reviews, the raves... all of it was true. We went there for our honeymoon, in the bella suite (honeymoon suite) and found an incredible view, with absolute and complete privacy. Open windows, drafting curtains, open shower and bath, jacuzzi... amazing.

In addition, the service was above and beyond. All the staff was very careful to maintain our privacy, when we spoke to them, they were very happy and seemed extremely pleased with the way the owners treated them. This meant great treatment for us, the guests.

There were two particularly helpful people, the lady that worked the bar, and Tony. They both made sure not only to supplement our stay with them with whatever we needed, but to help us find and explore the area as ignorant tourists. Special thanks to them. We loved our experience so much, that we are hoping to go back in a few months! And though we don't have the money to do so, we'll make it work. It's well worth it.

We'll see you soon again, and maybe make this a regular for the rest of our lives!

We stayed for two weeks at Casa Isabel and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very helpful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Dave and Isabel are such wonderful and generous people. They invited us and all of the other guests to their place for Christmas dinner, where they cooked the meal and served all of us, (they gave their entire staff the night off to spend with their families). We were very impressed and always felt welcomed. We will definitely be back for another visit at Casa Isabel!

I won't rewrite every wonderfully positive thing everyone else has said. I'll only add that all of these travelers are quite correct. Dave and Isabel...and let's not forget Tony, don't work hard at taking care of their guests. It just comes so very naturally to them. They clearly enjoy connecting with people, have generous spirits and take pride in the Casa. Your enjoyment is their pleasure and they make that abundantly clear in so many ways. As for the rooms? To die for. Clean, beautifully appointed, roomy and include everything one needs to relax and have a good time. And believe me, if there's something you need that isn't there-just ask.

We've been annual Hawaii vacationers--because of the water. Puerto Vallarta may not offer the same, but we quickly learned to stop comparing the two experiences, and because of our wonderful time spent at Casa Isabel, will be returning to PV sometimes--instead of Hawaii--for the unique beauty this town, and warmth these people, have to offer.
