Similar to other reviews, we found this hotel to be an excellent stay both for value as well as service. We booked for one night for early departure the next day. We also wanted to leave our car for 14 nights. Upon checking in we were assisted at the front desk very politely and very expeditiously. The front desk told us where to park (it is a long hotel so the longer term parking is around the back but still with rooms overlooking the parking lot, so nicely self patrolling) and told us about the airport bus service (twice an hour 24 hrs a day) going to and from the airport. This speed and courtesy was encountered as well for check out the following morning. And the room was fine (a plus is that the entire hotel is non-smoking), clean and nicely appointed with a coffee machine. Finally, our car was fine when we returned. Be aware that the hotel's airport bus service does stop at several hotels going to the airport which adds a couple of minutes, although on the way back it stopped at our hotel first. Either way it was no problem. By the way, contrary to some reviewers, we found the attached restaurant, Perkins, an absolutely OK place to eat. The food was fine and the service was polite. We couldn't ask for anything more from either the hotel or the restaurant. Both were a pleasant, if brief, encounter.

SHUTTLE:
The airport shuttle was a bit late picking us up but as it was snowing out it was perfectly understandable. Friendly driver.

CHECK-IN:
We checked-in at 5am (our flight was delayed) so it was very quick as there was no one in line. Clerk was very fast and friendly.

ROOM:
Room as nothing special, fairly small but clean. Bed was comfortable.

CHECK-OUT:
Very quick check-out. Shuttle was waiting for us to leave.


Our stay was very short so there's not much to get into but we had no real complaints. Room was clean and comfortable albeit a bit small.

I would recommend this hotel only to travellers for a quick layover.

This hotel was a great way to start off our vacation. The price was right, we could leave our car while we cruised and the shuttle to and from the airport was perfect and on time. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was nice too and the food was good and quite reasonable.
The room was clean and quite big and suited us perfectly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Got a reasonable rate for the Hotel as I had a meeting at the Toronto Congress Centre close to them. Nice rooms, free high speed for my computer in room and a very nice 24 hour restaurant onsite. I flew in and took advantage of the 24 hour guest airport shuttle which was better than having to worry about a cab. Overall service was great staff was friendly and helpful while here, recommend 100%.
