We required one double room and a twin room for ourselves and our two grown up children, visiting from the UK for 4 days. This seemed to be one of the few hotels which did twin rooms.

The whole experience was exactly what we wanted and expected from reading the reviews and studying the hotel's website. The rooms were excellent sizes, the bill was exactly what we expected, the staff were helpful. The hotel looks very shabby from the outside, but inside it is fine. The beds were all very comfortable. Our suite had a small fridge and coffee machine in, enabling us to keep wine and beers cool.

Breakfast was OK, but not inspiring; there's a great breakfast place one block away (Daybreak) which we recommend.

Overall, we'd recommend it, and would stay there again.

the pool was a tad shallow, but if thats all you can fault in a hotel..... my son had the misfortune of needing a dentist and the staff were excellent in helping us with this

Just returned from a four night stay at the Ramada Plaza. This hotel offers a great value for your money! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet rooms.

Great location, close to all major attractions in the down town area. I would definately stay here again.

Only complaint is you have to carry your luggage up stairs, and no one offered to help.

The bedroom was fantastic, very comfortable beds, lots of space. The location is good too, the hotel is front of a beautifull park, and you can go on foot easier to downtown, to St. Lawrence Market and City Hall. very good staff!

Two problems: The windows do not open and doesnt have a refrigerator.
