We arrived in a Thunderstorm amidst the worst rain on record for this area. Luckily the Taxi was able to pull into the area to the rear of the Hotel entrance to let us out. The Staff were very helpful and by the time we had checked in at reception, which was on the first floor, our bags were outside our rooms. A small problem with the keycards but that was soon sorted. The rooms, on the 8th floor, were a bit small for a 10 night stay but were clean and the bed was comfortable. The side harbour view was as expected albeit the continual downpour dimmed the views somewhat. The room was cleaned everyday and the sheets and towels were changed daily too. The Bathroom was tidied daily but was not mopped out daily as I would have liked.
It was good to have a mini bar fridge in the room, which I used to store water and stuff, which the hotel did not seem to mind.
The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a wide choice of food. (HK$140)
There are 3 lifts that I knew about, only one of which went to the pool which was outside on rear of the hotel. Poolside loungers and mattresses were provided as you arrived, as were towels.
When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage with the bell hops and when ready to leave for the airport they were most helpful in hailing a cab for us and loading our luggage.
