The supposed Magellan cross is a fake there is nothing inside that supposed encasement of local lumber. Why did the original cross being hidden from public view. If there is really a Magellan cross under that wooden encasement the cross of Magellan should have been enclose in a glass case for the public to see. The cross is a fake foisted on the gullible Filipinos by the Catholic Church.
