The weather over the weekend was terrible wet & windy, what made up for this was the Horse & Farrier in Threlkeld, Cumbria. Attentive staff, the dinner menu is superb, recommend the Lamb shoulder...more

Made welcome by the bar staff. Shown to room - clean and tidy. Very good shower and bath. Food good - seems very busy with the locals. more
