Whalers General Store: (Wailea) located in the Shops at Wailea is a general store with a great deli. The deli has large selection of breakfast muffins, salads, sandwiches. Whalers is a very good alternative to the more expensive breakfast/lunch restaurants in South Maui.  Please note that the Store stays open late, however the deli closes quite early in the evening.

Jawz Fish Tacos -  (Store in Kihei and Truck at Makena Beach)  Enjoy the cheap-eats at this taco place.  Excellent fish tacos and nice selection of salsas to sample. 

Eskimo Candy (Kihei) - Take out with a few tables.  Excellent ahi poke and they will fry fish to order.   

Sunset Grill:(Lahaina) tucked away with a pretty little terrace, sandwiches and fresh juices and baked goods, Healthy and yummy.

Moose McGillicuddys:(Lahaina) great specials and happy hour, you can get coupons from many of the tourist brochures found everywhere.

Swiss Cafe: (Lahaina) Internet access and great cheap sandwiches.

Foodline Deli: (Lahaina) more great cheap sandwiches

Aloha Mixed Plate: (Lahaina)local food that is reasonable, nice location on the beach, good portions

Kaanapali Mixed Plate Buffett: (Kaanapali) Early bird special with Prime Rib for $11.95, not bad for Maui

Honokowai Okazuya Deli (Honokawai Beach) great local and deli food

Gazebos: S of Kapalua. get there early  AWESOME breakfast
