St Louis Cemetary No.3 is walking distance from the New Orleans Museum of Art. If you are traveling by car , there are newly paved roads to drive in and pick a spot in the cemetary for photos. There are no trees for shade, so bring hat and plenty of water. 

The cemetary is perfectly safe, as there are plenty of other tourists  visiting and cemetary custodians  in different locations. Have fun!
